I have a broken component on my club. How can I get this fixed?

To see if the broken club would be covered under our Manufacturer’s Warranty, you would need to take it to an authorized Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealer and have them set up an inspection with us. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and inspected by our repairs team. We will let the dealer know if it will be covered under our warranty. Am I able to get my club adjusted or re-gripped from the manufacturer?

We are able to assist you with club adjustments and re-gripping. You would need to take the club to one of our authorized Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealers and have them set up a repair authorization. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and we will make the necessary adjustments you are looking for.
